Job Description
- Req#: 49187
- Validate and process all types of invoices as per the business rules defined
- Ensure accurate processing of the invoices and within the agreed turnaround time
- Work with requestors to get the appropriate approvals/information for non-compliant invoices
- Ensure timely follow up is performed on pending invoices as per the guidelines
- Directly interact with the clients (end users)/suppliers as required
- Continually review the standard operating procedures documentation for the Invoice processing to identify issues and recommendations for improvement
- Provide decision support to the business, analysing invoice processes, compliance to policy and recommendations for rectification
- Provide assistance to business to resolve issues related to Invoice processes
- Work with supplier management team to get the necessary documents signed off for supplier set up
- Assist team lead in preparing the reporting dash boards with Key metrics
- Assist team lead in data collation and analysis as required by the client
- Graduation / Post-Graduation with 2-3 years of prior Accounts Payable experience
- Good command on English
- Strong working knowledge of SAP /Oracle /Source to Pay system
- Experience of working in a customer service environment would be an added advantage
- BFSI industry background would be an advantage
- Good quantitative and analytical skills

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Representative, Source-to-Pay to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office Accounts Payable team. This role is located in Pune, MH on a Hybrid mode.
