      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide advice and counsel to cross-functional teams in implementing state and community strategy initiatives
      - Evaluate and adjust strategy implementation to achieve local goals and develop training programs as needed
      - Establish a presence in targeted communities by engaging multicultural audiences and developing community partnerships
      - Develop and implement community engagement and communication strategies tailored to local needs
      - Recruit, train, and deploy volunteers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of related experience in community organizing, event management, and relationship building
      - Experience in developing and executing campaign tactics related to social mission advocacy
      - Proven ability to effectively communicate with media outlets and conduct interviews on complex issues
      - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while developing strategic plans for success
      - Commitment to nonpartisanship and residence in the Birmingham, AL metropolitan area
