What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, train, and develop teams of volunteers for the Student Ministry
- Execute Sunday programming, including Middle School and High School gatherings
- Regular participation in local schools and community events to build relationships
- Coordinate and execute student events that promote community and service
- Prepare and deliver large group teachings, including sermons and trainings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven effectiveness as an evangelist with a track record of making disciples
- Energetic and clear communicator, comfortable teaching diverse groups
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Thriving personal walk with Jesus and understanding of Gen Z motivations
- Experience in organizing and executing large-scale events

- Membership in the Summit Church or willingness to become a member
- Ingenuitive problem solver and lifelong learner with a passion for ministry
