- Assist in hosting and/or participating in audits for ISO-14001.
- Assist in hosting and/or participating in audits for ISO-26000.
- Assist in maintaining certifications / qualifications to applicable ISO standards.
- Perform large-scale data management and environmental performance data analysis.
- Assist in identifying or creating proper sustainability benchmarks/goals that are established scientifically and maintained using ESG measures, standards, and methodologies.
- Support annual global sustainability reporting including, but not limited to, assisting in the development and maintenance of TTI’s global sustainability report.
- Research or review regulatory, technical, or market issues related to sustainability.
- Assist in identifying or creating new sustainability indicators.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for follow-up action.
- Assist in identifying or investigating violations of natural resources, waste management, recycling, or other environmental policies.
- Assist in creating or maintaining plans or other documents related to sustainability initiatives.
- Assist in analyzing, reporting, and providing recommendations for corporate sustainability projects and programs.
- Assist in completing and validating observations or corrective actions as necessary for identified issues from audits or other regulatory parties.
- Assist in developing reports or presentations to communicate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
- Support and assist on requests and surveys from customers, suppliers, and other organizations (e.g. EcoVadis) in the areas of sustainability, corporate social responsibility and overall ESG initiatives.
- Stay abreast and maintain awareness of trends in the global sustainability area and communicate to manager as applicable.
- Support any certification initiatives that intersect with corporate sustainability and specific site environmental and potential safety efforts as connected to environmental concerns.
- High School Diploma/GED Required. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field strongly preferred. 1-2 years of related experience in the corporate sustainability area and/or specific areas of environmental management system functions preferred.
- Strong attention to detail skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills to build effective internal and external relationships.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Eager to learn and stay abreast of trends in sustainability.
- Understanding and passion for corporate sustainability.

TTI, Inc. is looking for an Associate Sustainability Analyst to support our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.
The Associate Sustainability Analyst is accountable for assisting the organization in fulfilling its global sustainability efforts (Environmental, Social and Governance) supporting key stakeholders (Customers, Suppliers, and Employees). Job duties include, but are not limited to, staying abreast of global sustainability trends; developing and maintaining global sustainability reporting; coordinating responses to requests/surveys from customers, suppliers, and other organizations; supporting certification initiatives; and periodic support of other ethics and compliance program activities. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Sustainability & Quality Systems.
