Job Description

- Provide systems specific support for all model Falcon aircraft to the command center, field service representatives, service centers, vendors, repair agents and/or customers in regards to his/her related systems
- Provide troubleshooting guidance, answers to technical concerns and questions with regards to his/her related systems
- Collaborate actively with coworkers and all customer service departments including Dassault Aviation;
- Monitor system / component failures and usage to identify potential fleet issues
- Provide support to the Command Center, Field Service Representatives, Service Centers, Vendors, Repair Agents and/or Customers to resolve issues including but not limited to AOG support
- Act as a focal point for all DFJ departments providing input on technical issues related to systems support
- Attend and/or prepare regular meetings as necessary
- Review documentation for technical accuracy, spelling, grammar, and readability prior to customer release
- Validate service bulletins and maintenance procedures with W/H customers and/or DAS facilities on behalf of Dassault Aviation
- Collaborate actively with coworkers within DFJ Engineering Support and Dassault Aviation
- Track, monitor, and report findings for special investigations of failed equipment in coordination with Dassault Aviation
- Support the DFJ model specialist as required for system based technical issues
- Support the investigation efforts of NFF and DOA parts
