  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist clients in testing and tuning detection logic to minimize false positives and alert fatigue
  - Conduct research on exploits and vulnerabilities affecting customer environments
  - Support customer escalations and provide documentation for self-service inquiries
  - Provide technical insights and assist in developing operational processes for the Threat Fusion Cell
  - Maintain awareness of the current threat landscape
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, especially in distributed team environments
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  - Experience with intrusion detection/prevention systems and SIEM software
  - Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and familiarity with high-level languages (e.g., C, C++, Go, Java)
  - Experience in digital forensic analysis and blue team operations
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 5+ years of experience in information technology, security engineering, or information security, with relevant experience in Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, and Detection Engineering
  - Familiarity with at least 2 cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, GCFA, GCFE, or OSCP
