- Communicating with clients to diagnose technical issues
- Providing step-by-step instructions to fix technological issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner
- Installing and configuring software
- Walking users through the process of fixing technical issues
- Prioritizing workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first

- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 1+ years of experience using strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- 1+ years of experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Excel and Crystal Reports
- 1+ years of experience with Managed Care and/or Healthcare data
- Basic level of proficiency in SQL Query
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Hours : Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Location : 1901 North Solar Drive, Oxnard, CA with the flexibility of working remotely three days per week

California Residents Only: The hourly range for California residents is $28.03 to $54.95 per hour . Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable .
