      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to time-sensitive support calls affecting patient care
      - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in software, operating systems, and infrastructure
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on reported cases
      - Document all incidents and scope issues accurately
      - Manage a ticket backlog of approximately 20-30 cases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems, Server, and Workstation
      - 2+ years of TCP/IP network operation experience
      - 2+ years of Active Directory operation and troubleshooting experience
      - 2+ years of customer service experience
      - Ability to work Monday to Friday within specified shifts and on-call rotation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate
      - Experience working in a Support Center
      - Proficiency in Windows command line and Powershell
      - Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI model
      - Willingness to travel occasionally if needed
