What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales revenue for Interventional Cardiology solutions within a defined geographic territory
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to existing and potential accounts
- Conduct routine customer visits and product demonstrations to establish strong relationships
- Provide clinical support during procedures to enhance understanding of product nuances
- Address customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions in collaboration with internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a corporate setting, healthcare industry, or sales
- Strong analytical, selling, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated technical and clinical aptitude for discussing complex product information
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, or related industries
- Familiarity with implantation in cardiovascular and/or medical devices
- Ability to be coached and directed by teammates
- Experience collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to relocate within the U.S.
