- Manage FBIN annual tradeshow calendar. Responsible for collaborating with teams on trade event schedules, event data, and manage dashboard for quarterly updates.
- Help develop integrated trade show event marketing plans in collaboration with the Trade Show and Events Manager and key stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and events, ensuring alignment with company objectives and budget.
- Coordinate logistics for trade show participation, including vendor management, fulfillment of sponsorship commitments, and adherence to deadlines.
- Assist in the creation and approval of exhibit structure graphics and order promotional items.
- Prepare and support communication with internal stakeholders on pre-event plans and post-event recaps.
- Support the preparation and distribution of event-related materials and communications.
- Manage invoicing and reconciling all show related investments. Assist in preparing and managing program budgets; ensure that programs stay on time and within budget.
- Perform administrative follow-up tasks, including lead generation collection and event analysis.
- Provide onsite support during trade shows and events, including booth installation and dismantle, vendor management, and onsite problem resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, stakeholders, and team members
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility to travel for trade shows and events as required (up to 20% seasonally)
- Basic analytical skills and familiarity with interpreting event-related data

Job Description
The Associate Trade Show and Events Manager will support the planning and execution of national and regional trade shows and industry events. This hands-on role involves assisting in, planning, logistics, onsite show execution and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event participation aligned with strategic business initiatives.
