      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Triage new business and review renewal business to ensure all required information is received
      - Prepare underwriting documentation and enter general information into workbooks
      - Analyze and compile loss information for underwriter review
      - Communicate and follow up with producers to obtain necessary information prior to and after binding accounts
      - Provide customer service to existing accounts and assist underwriting with account management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred
      - Knowledge of insurance processes, procedures, and forms, especially in casualty lines of business
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
      - Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in an underwriting or insurance-related role
      - Familiarity with risk engineering services and processes
      - Strong analytical skills to assess and compile loss information
      - Understanding of premium finance issues and cancellations
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
