      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Underwrite workers' compensation renewals with full carrier authority, ensuring adherence to guidelines and metrics
      - Process renewals with carrier partners, meeting service level agreements for seamless policy continuation
      - Review and process broker of record changes to maintain accurate records and compliance
      - Assist customers with inquiries regarding policies and renewals via phone, chat, and email
      - Support senior underwriters with various tasks, prioritizing assignments to contribute to team success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in workers' compensation customer service
      - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
      - Strong research skills and ability to handle sensitive information
      - Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment
      - Ability to multitask and maintain discipline to meet performance expectations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in underwriting or customer service roles
      - Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and metrics in commercial insurance
      - Proficiency with technology and software used in the insurance industry
