What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate various departments to ensure smooth production workflows
- Review and distribute incoming notes for departmental relevance
- Track and manage notes, receivables, and artist tasks/assignments
- Gather artist needs and follow up on action items to maintain efficiency
- Manage render farm priorities and evaluate incoming media with supervisors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
- Solid time-management skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Positive attitude with effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to take direction positively and thrive under tight deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of either FTrack or Shotgun
- Understanding of basic compositing and editorial concepts (Nuke / Final Cut)
- Experience with databases (FTrack/Sequel Pro)
- Background in budgeting and breakdowns
