Job Description
- Req#: 2254
- Develop strategies with Senior Wealth Advisors and Regional Directors for local and out of town events.
- Oversee the coordination of Analysts on all prospect analyses and presentation preparations.
- Qualify leads received from lead generators and other sources, follow-up on activity, client profiling, and set up meetings.
- Travel as needed to conferences and client meetings as needed.
- Working with tax and estate planning professionals in the process of supporting the business development process.
- Will be responsible for using proprietary and licensed software and databases to capture activity and progress of sales opportunities for the territory.
- Will be trained and expected to become proficient in asset allocation modeling, investment portfolio analysis, fixed income portfolio analysis, tax transition portfolio analysis.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- MBA required; CFA preferred.
- Ideally two to four years of prior experience in Financial Services, with some exposure to Private Wealth Management, Investment Management, Investment Banking, or related field.
- Series 7 and 66 needed.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Candidate must be goal-oriented, proactive, and a motivated self-starter.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM technology.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced team environment.
Job Summary:
The Associate Wealth Advisor will work closely with Senior Wealth Advisors and serve as the strategic liaison in helping to identify ultra high net worth prospects.
