      Job Responsibilities

      1. Purchasing

      a) Purchase supplies for office and basketball operations.

      2. Office Management

      a) Responsible for the upkeep of Head Coach’s office. – Pictures/Cleanliness/Etc.

      3. Game Management/ Game Operations

      a) Oversee Support Staff

      • Guide student managers and their daily roles within the program

      • Hire new undergraduate managers and graduate managers

      b) Coordinate Official & Unofficial Visits in conjunction with Operations Staff

      c) Coordinate Meals (post-game and post-practice)

      4. Video Operations

      a) Breakdown video for staff with the Video Coordinator

      5. Establishes and continuously assesses the effectiveness of the internal controls within the unit and compliance with university policies and procedures. Ensures employees are trained on controls within the function and on University policy and procedures.

      6. Attend Monthly Compliance Meetings

      7. Attend Daily Staff Meetings

      8. New Student Athletes

      a) Ensure student athletes have completed all onboarding forms and meetings

      9. Responsible for all food and team meals on the road and at home

      10. Coordinate hotels/ground transportation/air with the Director of Operations

      11. Submit & Process Orders

      12. Inventory Auditing & Taxation of Equipment, Order Equipment as Needed

      13. Equipment Distribution

      14. Organize Equipment Room / Storage

      15. Printing (Logos/Embroidery)

      16. Organize Practice Facility Scheduling

      17. Assist in clean-up of all areas of the basketball office and facilities

      18. Set Up / Breakdown of practices and/or team events

      19. Communicate with following departments with pertinent information:

      a) Academics

      b) Sports Information

      c) Marketing

      d) Student-Athlete Development

      e) Ticket Office

      f) Development

      g) Alumni Relations

      h) Facilities

      20. Other Duties as Assigned by Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, and Director of Basketball Operations

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization.
