      Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities: List, in the order of importance or time spent, the essential duties/tasks performed by the position. This is not an exhaustive list and employees may be assigned additional duties by management as required. Regular and reliable attendance is an expectation of the job.

      Job Duty/Resp. 1:

      Collaborate with leadership to support hiring, recruitment, and placement for staff (i.e., Promising Scholars).

      Job Duty/Resp. 2:

      With direction from management, create, update, and implement policies and handbooks. May act as receptionist/ answer general calls, emails, and questions related to accelerating scholars' initiatives (i.e., Promising Scholars).

      Job Duty/Resp. 3:

      Support leadership by attending weekly Executive Leadership, Leadership, and other accelerating scholars' and/or Promising Scholars meetings (as assigned). Responsibilities include managing agendas, collecting information discussed, and formalizing documentation for distribution.

      Job Duty/Resp. 4:

      Compile, and archive supporting documentation for audit and monitoring requests related to accelerating scholars' and/or Promising Scholars including, site specific documentation such as contracts, rosters, timesheets, checklist, etc.

      Job Duty/Resp. 5:

      Screens and directs calls and emails; answers questions as appropriate in order to relieve leadership of details; listens, advises and communicates with staff and families inquiring about accelerating scholars' and/or Promising Scholars.

      Job Duty/Resp. 6:

      Generate enrollment reports on a regular basis and monitor site capacity.

      Job Duty/Resp. 7:

      Responsible for taking notes at all accelerating scholars' and/or Promising Scholars lead/admin and committee leads meetings.

      Job Duty/Resp. 8:

      Completes various detailed reports for district and State and Government offices.

      Job Duty/Resp. 9:

      Possesses a mastery of computer and office skills, demonstrates the ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision; exercises initiative and judgment and makes decisions within the scope of assigned authority.

      Meal Deduction – Most Bransford office and district level employee have a meal deduction. They are scheduled 8.5 hours per day and get an hour lunch. Itinerants and retirees get a 30 minute lunch period and therefore do not have a meal deduction. All school based employees will not have a meal deduction. Auto Meal Deduction

      Travel – Itinerant non-exempt employees who travel will be using the time clock differently than others and are paid for travel time between work locations. Employee does not or seldom travels
