      Job Description & Summary

      A career in our Regulatory Compliance practice, within Risk and Compliance services, will provide you the opportunity to work with a team that provides clients with extensive risk and controls technical knowledge and sector specific experience. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a holistic approach to risk that protects businesses, facilitates strategic decision making and enhances efficiency by assisting management in the assessment of project risks and controls.

      Perfil técnico:

      • Grado/Licenciatura en Derecho/ADE, ingenierías o similares.
      • Nivel medio-alto de inglés
      • Deseable: Experiencia en trabajos relacionados con PBC y FT (análisis de operativa sospechosa principalmente)

      Funciones

      • Análisis de operativa transaccional e identificación de posibles indicios de blanqueo de capitales y financiación del terrorismo (análisis de alertas de primer nivel y exámenes especiales)
      • Análisis de alertas de screening, listas de sanciones.
      • Seguimiento de decisiones (restricciones, cancelaciones)
      • Actualización de las medidas de diligencia debida
