ATB 101 is our student work experience program that plays an integral role in the success of our business. ATB 101 is a 4-month, paid summer learning experience. Under the guidance of a leader and mentor, you will learn how to apply your classroom knowledge in the workplace. You will have a unique opportunity to contribute to ATB through challenging, meaningful, and diverse opportunities while powering possibility for our clients and each other. You will give back to Albertans by completing a project with other ATB 101 students for one of our community partners. All this, plus we promise you’ll have a lot of fun doing it! Although we are a financial institution, we aren’t just looking for business, banking, and finance majors. We seek students from all academic programs, faculties, and departments.

Opportunities:

Opportunities may include roles in the following job families*:

• Banking & Finance: Includes roles that are core to the business, that are directly involved with retail, business, corporate, and investment banking, and support client experiences.
• Corporate & Operations: Includes roles in Regulatory Compliance, HR, Marketing & Communications, Diversity & Inclusion, Administration, Operational Support, and other roles that enable other areas of the business.
• STEAM - Tech, Data & UX Design: Includes roles involving data analysis, and the design, security, development and implementation of new technology and tools.

Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled in full-time studies in a post-secondary institution, or graduated in 2023

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
