What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Simulate pilot and controller actions in the Air Traffic Controller training simulator
- Operate simulated radar displays and voice communication systems during training exercises
- Respond to student commands and input appropriate entries to simulate pilot actions
- Translate displayed information into appropriate air traffic control terminology
- Complete required certifications, including classroom and lab performance evaluations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Clear and effective verbal communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
- Familiarity with FAAO JO 7110.65 regulations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Basic understanding of pilot/controller communications and phraseology
