What You'll Do:Design and develop robust hardware/software test solutions for high-performance mixed-signal productsBuild and debug custom test boards and probe cards for both validation and high-volume manufacturingCreate scalable and reusable automated test programs (multi-site capable)Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) test development and transfer to overseas production sitesDrive yield improvement and test cost reduction initiativesCollaborate closely with R&D, Product, and Operations teams across global locationsAnalyze large datasets for yield, correlation, and reliability trends
What You'll Bring:Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent); 5–10+ years in mixed-signal IC test development (open to recent grads with strong fundamentals)Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (Teradyne ETS-364/88/uFLEX, or LTX-Credence ASL1K preferred—but not required)Proficiency in analog design/debug and familiarity with lab instrumentationStrong programming skills in C++ (MATLAB/Python a plus)Familiarity with statistical test analysis and GR&R validationSelf-starter with a proactive attitude, lab-driven mindset, and strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
