- Work Hours: Monday - Friday, Hours between 11:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Variable hours on Saturdays, Schedule may vary based on operational needs
- Minimum of Salary Range*: $66,560 - Compensation is commensurate with qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Health, Physical Education, Kinesiology or related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in school-based athletic training.
- Knowledge and comprehension of various professional sports.
- Current certification in first aid and be qualified in blood borne pathogens.
- CPR, AED & BLS Certified.
- Current State of Hawai’i Athletic Trainer Registration.
Punahou School is currently seeking a Full Time Regular Athletic Trainer. Under the direction of the Athletic Directors and the Head Athletic Trainer, the Athletic Trainer will be responsible for the development and execution of programs for the prevention of injury, recognition and evaluation of health status, injury management, treatment, triage, and rehabilitation of student athletes. They will also assist with the organization and administration of programs, including coordinating medical coverage for home events, traveling with assigned teams, and education and counseling. This position will require nights, weekend, and holiday coverage.
