- Athletic Trainer [ATC (BOC)] - Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC) required
- MA License, Board of Allied Health Professions required
- Experience working as an athletic trainer 5-7 years required
- - Provide Excellent Athletic Training and Student Mentoring.
- - Proven ability to manage people and projects.
- - Ability to work cooperatively with students and parents.
- - Stay up-to-date, knowledgeable, and compliant with all NCAA and NWC rules and regulations.
- - Experience that demonstrates strong leadership skills.
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

This role is currently being filled by our Operations Manager. Due to regional and departmental growth, we have seen an increase in the work load for the Operations Manager. We would like to have the Supervisor position for the North region split from the Operations Manager role.
Job Summary
Summary
Responsible for providing supervision to assigned team. Provide services to student-athletes under the direction of the program or department head or designee in accordance with state athletic training practices.
Essential Functions
-Supervise Graduate Assistants.
-Assist in research study design, data collection, and data analysis.
-Supervision of Athletic Training facilities.
-Design and implement injury rehabilitation programs.
-Coverage of afterschool practices and games.
-Provide emergency and first aid care and treatment of acute injuries.
-Organize all physicals, pre-participation exams, and exit interviews.
-Assist with coordination and scheduling of medical coverage for home and away competitions.
