      Location: Dallas – TX (Remote)
      Employment: Contract Role

      Atlassian Tools Expert JD :
      • Should have 5+ years of Atlassian Products Administration/Migration/ support experience
      • Excellent Experience in Atlassian products Administration and Support - Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo
      • Excellent Experience in Installation, migration & upgrading of Atlassian Tools including: JIRA, Confluence, Jira Service Desk, Bitbucket, Bamboo
      • Excellent Experience in JIRA Advanced Level Customization (Project customization, Advanced Workflow)
      • Excellent knowledge of JIRA Agile Boards: Scrum & Kanban
      • Good Scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Groovy).
      • Good Experience in creating automation using Scriptrunner, Automation Rules in JIRA.
      • Good Experience JIRA integration knowledge (Atlassian and 3rd party tools)
      • Good Experience of DevOps CI CD
      • Should have Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills

      Roles & Responsibilities:
      • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they align with company goals and are delivered on time and within budget. - Utilize Microsoft Teams to facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
      • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
      • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
      • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
      • Analyze financial information relating to specific projects, manage budgets, and ensure the company obtains the best possible pricing.
      • Assess project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable, to ensure project success.
      • Ensure compliance with company standards, relevant regulations, and project management principles.
      • Foster a collaborative project environment, leveraging Microsoft Teams to enhance team productivity and engagement. -Qualifications - Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project or program management, with a preference for those who have worked in a multinational corporation.
      • Proven expertise in using Microsoft Teams for project management and team collaboration is essential.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead by example, with a focus on delivering results and meeting project objectives.
      • Adept at financial management, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
