- Contact students’ parents regarding attendance and truancy issues
- Manage Remind Automated Notification System
- Maintain contact with SRO regarding truant students
- Oversee 2 Attendance Clerks
- Maintain attendance data using Powerschool (Student Information System)
- Manage weekly, monthly, and yearly attendance reports
- Work cooperatively with an office setting, assisting others when needed QUALIFICATIONS: Highly Developed Communication Skills
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, students & faculty

Exceptional Organizational Skills
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
PREFERRED: Dell computer experience
Experience with Excel and Word
Attendance management experience
Powerschool (Student Information System) experience
Remind experience
LOCATION: Great Falls High School
SALARY: $16.08 per hour
EMPLOYMENT: 10-months/year (190 days);
8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Duty day is 7:00 A.M.- 3:30 P.M. for Pupil Instruction Days
CLOSING DATE: Open Until Filled
