Job Description
- Req#: 13090
- Always be NICE to fellow staff and players; find every opportunity to offer a friendly smile, wave and greeting
- Provides excellent internal and external guest service and displays the Barona Magic.
- Drives any vehicle requested by the guest to be parked or retrieved.
- Issues a claim check to designate the location of the vehicle.
- Arranges for the guest transportation using taxi, shuttle service, or other form of transportation.
- Provides quality guest service when given the opportunity.
OBJECTIVE:
Provides quality guest service to every guest at every visit
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Works in all types of weather, including high humidity and extreme heat

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum age of 18 years
Valid California Driver’s License
Good physical mobility and coordination to quickly retrieve and drive all types of vehicles
Clean driving record
Good verbal communication skills
Good guest service skills
Good math skills
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Previous transportation or guest service experience helpful
