What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent clients in insurance defense matters, providing legal advice and counsel
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
- Attend court hearings and depositions as necessary
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense or related legal practice
- Strong analytical and legal writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with litigation software and legal research tools
- Prior experience in a partnership track role or similar environment
- Involvement in professional legal organizations or associations
