What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in Utah and potentially other jurisdictions
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal cases and projects
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings
- Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active license to practice law in Utah
- Preferably holding additional state bars in jurisdictions geographically close to Utah
