- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for 2 to 3 hours at a time
- Have excellent hospitality skills
- Ability to multi task and work in a very fast paced environment
- Speed, accuracy and efficiency are required and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to own and resolve Guest situations
- Enthusiastic about interacting and helping Guests and receptive to assisting with special requests
- Self-directed (can complete tasks with minimal direction)
- Willing to follow instructions & take direction
- Flexible/adaptable
- Willing to work indoor and outdoor locations, even in inclement weather
- Can complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Perform all job related functions in a cordial friendly manner, committed to exceeding Guests’ expectations
- Previous experience operating safety critical machinery
- Previous theme park experience, operating rides
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
- This role is Part Time and requires full availability from after 5pm Fri, all day Saturday and all day Sunday, including nights and holidays

From operating ride systems, to delivering narrations, and creating immersive experiences, our Attractions Cast Members take pride in bringing the stories and magic of the Disneyland® Resort to life for our Guests!
Responsibilities
Attractions Cast Members are responsible for greeting Guests, loading and unloading attractions and operating attraction systems. They deliver narrations of varying lengths and providing audience control for our parades and Nighttime Spectaculars. They interact constantly with Guests by answering questions, providing directions, event information, and other services to help create magical experiences. Attractions Cast Members must follow the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) regulations that apply to their location/position(s) at Disneyland® Resort. In addition, they are required to ensure the safety of others, practice safe behaviors and take ownership of their own safety.

The pay rate for this role in California is $21.60 per hour.

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
