What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather targeting requirements and execute audience builds for digital channels
- Analyze data to create targeted audience lists based on business rules and standards
- Manage multiple requests simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely list generation
- Implement quality control measures to meet stakeholder objectives
- Identify and implement process efficiencies to optimize operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience; OR 7 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven project management and organizational abilities
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Unica, Adobe Campaign, Power BI, and SQL
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Omnichannel experience, particularly in digital marketing channels
- Knowledge of direct, social, programmatic, SEM, influencer marketing, media analytics, and content marketing
