- Collaborate with the Central Production department, Campus Worship Pastor, and Campus Pastor to prepare for the weekend experience.
- Strive to create a sonically smooth and studio-grade weekend audio experience.
- Integrate new equipment upgrades and expansions.
- Manage and update consoles and stage patching/pinning.
- Maintain all audio systems and areas to efficient, organized, and updated states.
- Look for opportunities to further develop your skill by attending concerts & conferences.
- Develop and propose new system and equipment expansions.
- Work scheduled CF events.
- Attend scheduled programming and review meetings.
- Bachelors, Associates or Technical Degree in relevant field and 2+ years’ experience, or 4+ years’ experience mixing audio in live production environments.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (H-1B Visa sponsorships not available).
- Fluent with Avid VENUE and Yamaha digital audio console operation.
- Operational knowledge of Avid ProTools.
- Working knowledge of audio plugins (i.e. Waves, McDSP etc.).
- Working knowledge of RTA software.
- Working knowledge of networked audio systems (i.e. AVB, Dante, A-Net).
- Skilled in wireless microphone/IEM frequency coordination.
- Experience mixing backline instrumentation, i.e., drums, bass, electric guitar.

This role receives direct oversight from the Production Director and may be assigned to different campus locations.
