      Overview

      We are seeking an Audio-Visual Engineer to support our UK & EMEA based employees both on-site and remotely. You will be responsible for analysing, diagnosing, and resolving meeting room technology issues, as well as actioning requests for new technology installations.

      This role will be based in our London Walbrook office and you will be required onsite with limited homeworking. This is a shift-based role rotating between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday with some out-of-hours work may be required, including weekends.


      How you'll make an impact

      • Diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests through site visits or remote fixes.
      • Keep customers informed throughout the ticket lifecycle and manage their expectations.
      • Deliver efficient service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
      • Support office moves and new office fitouts related to meeting room technology.
      • Collaborate with internal and external technical teams.
      • Contribute to documentation of meeting room technology processes.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across various systems and technologies.
      • Manage Remedy queues and update work information continuously.
      • Perform additional duties as required, including those aligned with the ITIL v3 framework.

      About You

      • Previous experience gained working in a corporate audio visual support position.
      • Experience of working with technologies such as Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Q-sys and Windows/Microsoft Office products.
      • Previous exposure to meeting room user support and event support.
      • Ability to manage relationships with 3rd party vendors.
      • A self-motivated person with a focus on excellent customer service with the ability to work under pressure
      • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders of all levels.
      • CST and ITIL qualifications are preferable but not essential.
      • Maintain user and support service documentation
