      Location: On-site position in Boston, MA

      Salary: $19.00-$24.00/h

      Provide Audio Visual (AV) services to support conference room systems, meetings, and video conferencing requirements within assigned properties. The AV package includes several conference rooms of varying sizes, with projectors, displays, wireless casting, UC systems, digital signage system, digital displays, along with multiple monitors placed throughout the building(s). Support the day-to-day operation including set-up, operation and testing, maintenance, inventory, and security of all audiovisual equipment, and conference rooms, basic support of multi-functional devices (including escorting vendors to the device), and basic telecom support with VoIP and mobile devices.

      • Confirm that all existing AV equipment and infrastructure (including video conferencing equipment) in the conference, and meeting rooms operate as intended and services occur as planned and without interruption due to equipment failures and problems.
      • At the request of General Services, assist in the coordination of the installation of AV equipment, to include escorting contractors and understanding the scope as designed by General Services.
      • As requested by General Services, periodically attend meetings with users of conference rooms and meeting rooms, provide instructions on the proper use of installed or mobile AV presentation equipment, or assist in troubleshooting the AV system.
      • Provide and attend the required amount of manufacturer training programs; around existing or new technologies as implemented throughout the portfolio.
      • Assist in the preparation of assessments on the condition of the equipment, budgets for equipment replacements, and new purchases by providing photos and any known maintenance history.
      • Assist if requested in identifying vendors to support and/or perform AV and media projects.
      • Inform General Services when equipment is in need of repair and coordinate the contractor activity.
      • Assist in the maintenance of AV systems.
      • Proactively identify potential Audiovisual issues and provide solutions to client’s concerns or needs.
      • Working knowledge of unified communication services, for example, Zoom, MTR, WebEx, etc.
      • Assist in the management and maintenance of fulfilling, and closing Service Now tickets related to the team’s core services, including VC support and onsite VC concierge, password resets for mobile and IP phones, Apple ID assistance, adding users to Active Directory, deploying, and setting up new mobile phones/IP phones/multifunction devices, adding/removing International Calling plans, and assisting with basic troubleshooting of mobile and IP phones/MFDs/video conference
      • Perform mobile device password resets utilizing Samsung Knox and Microsoft Intune.
      • Provide onsite and remote customer assistance with deploying new devices, factory resetting devices, managing users in Active Directory, Microsoft Intune enrollment, Apple ID password resets, video conference support, and basic troubleshooting.
      • Provide onsite escort needs for contractors supporting AV/VC and multifunctional device (MFD; printers) support
      • Provide other minor technical support as requested (i.e., retrieval of desk phones, testing of new devices, changing toner in a printer)
