Responsible for independent evaluation, interpretation, and diagnosis of auditory system function. Develops individualized recommendations, treatment plans, and provides patient/family counseling and education. Consults with medical team and allied health professionals and documents all pertinent clinical findings to render a comprehensive, family-based hearing health plan. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Doctorate Degree (non MD) or Master's degree in Audiology may be accepted if graduated prior to 20071 year of experience. Audiologist License (CA)BLS for Healthcare Providers, issued by the American Heart Association.
