- Administer Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations: Perform thorough assessments to determine patient needs.
- Professional Recommendations: Provide recommendations for the best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
- Patient Education & Community Involvement: Demonstrate a passion for educating patients about hearing healthcare and actively engage in community outreach.

- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Values-Driven: Uphold integrity, honesty, and respect for both patients and staff.
- Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree with qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Washington or Licensed Hearing Care Practitioner in the state of Washington.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in dispensing or fitting hearing instruments (Preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, complemented by a values-driven approach.
- Highly competitive compensation package, with a minimum potential salary of $75,000 in your first year.
