- Accomplish the proficiency to complete audit engagements for publicly-listed and privately-held companies in a wide variety of industries, including technology, real estate, mining, hospitality, not-for-profits and more;
- Attain the knowledge to prepare corporate, personal and other tax returns;
- Work directly with clients including CEOs, CFOs and directors to develop strong client relationships;

Audit Articling Student (September 2025) - Vancouver
Pay: $54,000/year – $56,000/year

Smythe is excited to invite students to join our Audit (Public and Private) Practice Group for full-time Articling positions commencing at our Vancouver, BC office in September 2025 . In order to be considered for this full-time articling position, you must have fulfilled all prerequisites (CPA PREP) and be eligible to commence the CPA PEP program while employed with us. Please note that this program is pre-approved within the CPA’s External Audit Pathway.
