      CLA is currently seeking an Audit Associate to join one of the fastest growing practice areas within CLA consisting of 600 professionals coast to coast.

      How you’ll create opportunities in this Audit Associate role:

      • Must be able to work with a team of professionals on audit engagements and work closely with Senior Associates, Managers, and Partners in the audit process.
      • Provide support on engagements and communicate effectively and timely.
      • Demonstrate strong research skills, capability to solve problems, and serve clients at a professional level.
      • Provide quality audit support services in accordance with the relevant regulations, government policies/procedures and client policies/procedure.
      • Support performance, compliance, financial, internal, and quality assurance audits.
      • Under direction of senior, proofs financial statements, audit reports and other documents.
      • Identifies and reconciles discrepancies between schedules and financial statements.
      • Analyze weekly/monthly financial reports/statements.

      What you will need:

      • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
      • You have 1+ years of experience performing audits, preferably in a professional services firm.
      • 1+ years’ experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation, audits, reviews, and compilations
      • Current CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
