      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise audit engagements and ensure compliance with applicable standards
      - Collaborate with clients in government, government contracting, nonprofit, and social sector industries
      - Conduct single audits and prepare necessary documentation
      - Mentor and develop junior staff members within the audit team
      - Maintain strong client relationships and deliver personalized service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred)
      - Minimum of 3 years of audit experience in public accounting
      - Knowledge of single audits
      - Experience working with clients in government, government contracting, nonprofit, and social sector industries
      - Relevant professional certifications are a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degrees or additional certifications in accounting
      - Experience leading audit teams and managing client relationships
      - Familiarity with accounting software and auditing tools
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
