What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in daily administrative activities within the Coordination of Benefits and Data Mining departments
- Collaborate with team members to support audit tasks and contribute to business objectives
- Communicate with Medicare, insurance companies, providers, and employer groups to gather member eligibility details
- Accurately enter member, group, and claim information into various systems
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA laws and maintain data confidentiality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent education
- 1 year of prior experience, entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and information review
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience with the employer is recommended for internal candidates
- Prior experience in an administrative support function and/or office environment
