What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform audit procedures to identify and define issues, review evidence, and analyze data
- Utilize audit tools such as MS Excel and IDEA to verify billing accuracy and compliance
- Maintain productivity and quality standards for audit projects
- Prepare audit reports, communicate findings with clients and suppliers
- Review contract language and client transactions to identify financial provisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Four to seven years of hands-on auditing experience
- Strong technical skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a home office setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s in Accounting or Law degree
- Additional certifications such as CPA, CFE, CIA, CFF, CISA
- Experience in forensic accounting, advanced Excel modeling, and data mining
- Strong proficiency in IDEA, ACL, and other relevant tools
