What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Install, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software components for AR/VR technologies
- Maintain and update end user and system-level documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and assist in implementing process improvements
- Monitor effectiveness of AR/VR systems
- Take direction from senior personnel and utilize knowledge and experience in AR/VR systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience in project or program management
- High School Diploma and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience
- Relevant Master's degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit
- Relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit
- Must be a US Citizen and have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related discipline
