What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from home
- Speak with consumers over the phone to provide crisis intervention and support
- Build rapport and engage with clients
- Assess risk and document information during calls
- Provide available resources, information, and develop safety plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in a behavioral health field (MSW, PsyD, PhD, M.A., or M.S.) from an accredited program
- Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to state licensing board requirements
- Reside in Augusta, GA and possess one of the following licenses: LMSW, LAPC(APC), LPC, or LCSW

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crisis intervention or telephonic counseling in a healthcare-related setting
