      ABOUT THE ROLE:

      • App platform and venture investment data model training immersion and familiarization
      • Configuring and actively monitoring complex project plans with shifting timelines and multiple task
        assignees
      • Working with local and remote teams using a variety of communications tools (Slack, Zoom, GSuite).
      • Handling and organizing sensitive customer data by managing virtual data rooms and cloud
        environments.
      • Conduct reviews, processing, and updating of assigned task/s via designated project management
        platforms.
      • Completing projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities,
        managing time, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans.
      • Stay current on all activities, deadlines and commitments of the assigned divisions
      • Training and familiarization in various data operations and data entry functions
      • Immersion and mastery of summarization protocols for various private equity instruments
      • Perform an initial assessment of the fund through a preliminary check of the needed documents and by
        checking all pertinent information as indicated on the documents provided by the customer.
      • Communicate or escalate any issues to the prefect/lead to resolve concerns to include missing
        documents or gray areas that may affect timely completion of the tasks.
      • Accomplish at least 4 equity financing equivalent tasks.
      • Attend 1-on-1 sessions to receive valuable feedback to improve engagement and performance.
      • Perform lateral assignments that may be assigned by superiors or the company’s management.
      • QUALIFICATIONS:
        Bachelor's degree holder, open to fresh graduates (Business Administration, Finance,
        Accounting-related graduates preferred)
      • Good English communication and comprehension skills Unparalleled attention to detail
      • Experience with uploading and organizing virtual data rooms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
      • Proficiency with all GSuite apps (especially Google Sheets)
      • Working knowledge of project management and workplace productivity and communication tools (experience in ClickUp, Notion, and Slack a plus)
      • Good data entry and time management skills
      • Great analytical and critical-thinking skills
      • Conversant in financial/legal terminologies and concepts a plus
