- Be a leader and set a vision for customer-centric product marketing strategy across the organization
- Act as a thought partner with the core Product Development teams as an expert on our customers, assisting in brainstorms and other sessions
- Collaborate and communicate with other team members and key stakeholders to present a strategic vision and effectively incorporate feedback
- Ability to grasp key domain concepts, product brainstorms, and user stories to create a compelling product marketing strategy that includes go-to-market details, full content plans, and omnichannel execution
- Execute multiple facets of the marketing lifecycle in collaboration with the marketing team, including a cohesive content strategy, branding, targeted outreach, segmentation, education and engagement campaigns, and other techniques to guarantee product adoption
- Lead evangelization of product education throughout the organization by organizing internal trainings, resources, and documentation for use by other departments in their own function (sales enablement, customer success, and corporate development)
- Work closely with Customer Success to create educational resources for users that include evergreen content as well as contextual, targeted strategies to improve engagement, adoption, and renewal
- Deliver regular external content as a thought leader for the private capital industry, highlighting Aumni's product suite as an innovative solution for the ecosystem
- Coordinate cross-departmental releases of new products and ensure that everyone has proper alignment, context, and resources to go to market
- Define, measure and report key quantitative and qualitative success metrics and create regular reports for team members and higher level stakeholders
- Embody a mindset of rapid iteration and reliable feedback loops to constantly improve our product marketing strategies and overall product adoption
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar, preferably in the enterprise SaaS industry
- 2-4 years of experience with GTM planning and execution, working crossfunctionally across various departments
- Deep interest in the private capital, venture capital, and financial industries, with a strong understanding of customers segments within the ecosystem
- Proven writing skills with experience crafting differentiated narratives for software products, and the ability to adapt to different branding, content, and strategic voices depending on the feature or product
- Ability to define quantitative and qualitative success metrics and analyze, synthesize, and present reports internally to stakeholders
- Strong ground game and core project management skills with good organization and an eye for process suggestions and improvements
- Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and the executive leadership
- Experience with different business intelligence tools, including Looker, Tableau, and Salesforce, and creating cohesive pipelines between them
- Experience working with end users to conduct research, testing, and validation exercises
- Experience with front-end web development
- Experience working as a UI / UX designer
- Understanding of common industry tools like Pardot, Mailchimp, Figma, etc

At Aumni, our Product team is coming up with unique solutions to present financial and legal data in a way that our customers have never before imagined. With a focus on customer feedback, communication, and user-centric development, we’re looking for a talented and versatile Product Marketing Manager who wants to dive in early, contribute to the strategy of our product, and own customer communication and content creation to drive engagement within Aumni.
About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Aumni, you will report to the VP of Product and have a large impact in designing and defining the impact of this division within the Product team and larger company.
You will own the creation of differentiated, unique, data-driven narratives for our products while working closely with a cross functional team of designers, engineers, customer success managers, sales leaders, and marketing representatives. In addition, you will define our go-to-market strategies, including the content creation, release plan, and success measurement.
Product Marketers at Aumni go beyond their role to influence product strategy, acting as expert champions for our customers internally and externally, and working crossfunctionally to guarantee alignment, context, and enablement.
Most importantly, you will use empathy, trust, and communication to embody Aumni's culture and lead the successful adoption of Aumni's products.
