- Du pflegst gewissenhaft die Personalakten und sorgst für reibungsloses Vertrags- und Bescheinigungswesen

- Du übernimmst die Datenverwaltung und -pflege der Systeme "Workday" und "SAP-HCM"
- Die Erstellung und Abwicklung von Zeugnissen im Haufe-Zeugnis-Manager wird zu deinem Spezialgebiet
- Du unterstützt aktiv bei spannenden Projekten innerhalb der Abteilung.
- Die Planung und Überwachung von Terminen behältst du stets im Blick
- Du hast die Fachhochschulreife oder einen Realschulabschluss mit sehr guten Noten in der Tasche
- Kontaktfreude und Organisationstalent sind deine Stärken
- Mit einem guten Zahlenverständnis und Belastbarkeit glänzt du
- Du beherrschst das Gute Zeitmanagement und bist fit in Englisch und MS Office
- Neugier, Kreativität, Überzeugungskraft und überdurchschnittliches Engagement sind deine Markenzeichen
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Interesse für neue Themen treiben dich an
