      - Perform duties related to assigned area within the Community Development team
      - Complete a minimum of 120 hours for the semester
      - Work remotely during Komen's hours of operation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Authorized to work in the U.S.
      - Currently enrolled in a 4-year or graduate degree program
      - Minimum GPA of 3.0
      - Reliable internet access
      - Availability from February to June during Komen's hours of operation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience or coursework in nonprofit organizations
      - Strong communication and teamwork skills
      - Passion for making a difference in the fight against breast cancer
      - Familiarity with different departments within a nonprofit organization
      - Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
