What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and process formulary exception requests based on clinical criteria and guidelines
- Maintain ongoing communication with facility teammates to resolve technical processing issues
- Draft written responses and correspondence as needed to facilitate effective communication
- Escalate requests to clinical experts when appropriate and provide recommendations
- Assist with special projects as assigned by Clinical Operations management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Current Registered Pharmacy Technician certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 10% as needed
