      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer FH authorization processes in compliance with regulatory standards
      - Enter, research, investigate, and document all authorizations into the system
      - Approve authorizations that meet the criteria and prepare others for review
      - Notify members and providers of additional instructions and provide support
      - Collaborate with supervisors and clinical staff to resolve issues and formulate improvement measures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma; College degree preferred
      - 1-3 years of professional experience in a related position, preferably in healthcare
      - Knowledge of managed care and utilization management strategies
      - Excellent communication, research, and documentation skills
      - Proficiency in Windows-based applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medical terminology or medical coding knowledge
      - Experience in a managed care or call center setting or physician's office
