      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review medical charts and physician orders to determine appropriate coding
      - Screen payer policies to ensure medical necessity guidelines are met
      - Submit and manage authorization requests per payer guidelines
      - Facilitate insurance denial mitigation steps and appeals
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal patient outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in business, healthcare, or related field
      - 1 year of revenue cycle experience in a healthcare organization
      - Knowledge of insurance terminology and computer systems
      - Experience with EHR or enterprise software systems
      - Understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation review

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Referrals and/or prior authorization experience
      - Epic software experience
      - Advanced knowledge of medical terminology
      - Experience in clinical documentation review
