What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in Customer Service
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and no prior experience
- Must adhere to COVID-related health and safety protocols
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 18 or more months of contact center experience
- Knowledge of the insurance industry
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in auto industry service repair or auto technology
