What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and assess vehicle damage caused by all types of accidents
- Estimate vehicle repair costs and negotiate equitable settlements
- Collaborate with other adjusters, supervisors, body shops, rental partners, and parts providers
- Utilize computer systems and mechanical aptitude to perform job duties
- Demonstrate effective attention to detail and decision-making skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be willing to commute to the employer's office location in Richardson, TX
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain applicable certifications and permits
- Flexibility to work remotely or in-office as required
- Strong computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and ability to multitask
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- High school diploma or equivalent

- 0-2 years of experience as an auto damage adjuster or in a related field
